Acknowledge your need for a Savior.
You cannot save yourself, fix yourself, or redeem yourself. Sin has separated you from God, and only Jesus can cleanse and restore you.
Believe in Jesus Christ fully.
Believe that He is the Son of God, that He shed His blood and died for your sins, that He rose from the dead, and that He alone offers forgiveness and eternal life.
Repent—turn away from your old life.
Repentance isn’t just saying “I’m sorry.” It is a sincere turning away from sin and a turning toward Jesus in obedience and surrender.
